FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED CBD QUESTIONS
WHAT IS CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a constituent of the cannabis plant with non-intoxicating attributes. CBD boasts of anti-inflammatory properties, in addition to assorted health advantages.
WHAT ARE CANNABINOIDS?
Cannabinoids are naturally found in the industrial hemp plant, which both promotes and supports nutritional health. Cannabinoids interact with our Endocannabinoid System, which consists of a series of receptors located in the brain, central nervous system, and many other areas. The ECS helps promote/regulate various important biological processes. Our bodies produce some cannabinoids (like anandamide) on their own.
ARE CBD PRODUCTS LEGAL?
Yes, all of our products are legal! Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, all CBD products are 100% legal throughout the United States.
WHICH CBD PRODUCT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
CBD offers various consumption options such as Drinks, Coffee, Teas, tinctures, edibles, vapes, and gummies.
WILL CBD HELP ME?
CBD is a cannabinoid that works within your endocannabinoid system, which controls bodily functions such as mood, appetite, pain, and memory.
Even with this being said, we aren’t doctors (as is stated in our disclaimer), so we can’t definitively say that this is your “miracle pill” by any means. However, we can state that CBD has been proven to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether it is for post-workout recovery, supporting a calm demeanor, inflammation, or even anxiety, CBD does help.
It's always best to consult your doctor before using any of our products.
CAN CBD RESULT IN A FAILED DRUG TEST?
Yes, it is still possible to fail a drug test when using CBD products that contain 0.3% THC or less. While the risk is generally considered minimal with typical use, several factors can increase the likelihood of a positive result.
THC Accumulation: THC and its metabolites are fat-soluble, meaning they can build up in the body's fatty tissues over time. Frequent or high-dose use of full-spectrum CBD products (which legally contain up to 0.3% THC) can lead to detectable levels of THC metabolites in your system.
Test Sensitivity: Standard urine drug tests typically have a cutoff threshold for THC metabolites (commonly 50 ng/mL). While trace amounts are unlikely to exceed this limit with casual use, more sensitive tests (like a GC-MS confirmation test, which might have a lower threshold of 15 ng/mL) or specific types of testing (such as hair follicle tests) could detect even small accumulated amounts.
